The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Associate to join our Finance & Transactions team in either our Chicago or Los Angeles office. Our collaborative, diverse team provides a unique, multidisciplinary practice that offers the chance to work closely with shareholders and engage in business development and client-facing activities. Our platform supports and encourages career development while prioritizing exceptional client service.
About You:
- You have 4-6 years of M&A experience, including familiarity with representation and warranty insurance.
- Your experience has focused on private equity/sponsor clients, covering the acquisition, disposition, and growth equity/VC aspects.
- You have the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- You hold a J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
- You are admitted to the bar in (or are in the process of being admitted to) California and in good standing.

Compensation:
- $280,000 - $320,000 annual base salary.
